My Rental Auto - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to My Rental Auto. By making a reservation or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.

Reservation and Rental Requirements:

1. Minimum age: 21 years old (additional fees may apply for drivers under 25)
2. Valid driver's license from the USA or Canada, held for at least one year
3. Major credit card in the renter's name

Vehicle Pick-up and Return:

1. Present a valid driver's license and credit card at pick-up
2. Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location on the specified date and time
3. Late returns may incur additional charges

Fees and Payments:

1. A partial payment of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
2. The remaining balance is due at the time of vehicle pick-up
3. Partial payment is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the pick-up time
4. Additional fees may apply for:
5. Extra drivers
6. GPS navigation systems
7. Child safety seats
8. Fuel (if not returned with a full tank)
9. Late returns
10. Cleaning (for excessive dirt or odors)

Insurance and Liability:

1. Basic insurance is included in the rental price
2. Optional additional coverage is available for purchase
3. Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance

Prohibited Uses:

1. Smoking in the vehicle
2. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
3. Using the vehicle for any illegal activities
4. Driving outside the agreed-upon territory (USA and Canada only)

Maintenance and Breakdowns:

1. Report any mechanical issues immediately.
2. My Rental Auto will provide roadside assistance or vehicle replacement

Cancellations and Modifications:

1. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up time
2. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee
3. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability

Privacy and Data Protection:

1. Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy Governing Law:
2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state/province where the rental originates
